As a Construction Project Manager, you will coordinate the various phases of construction projects, manage teams, and liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Your role will involve budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and scope of work
- Coordinate contractors and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with construction laws and regulations
- Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as needed
- Handle procurement of materials and services
Requirements
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Average hourly wage: $35 to $60 NZD
