HR Manager
An HR Manager oversees all aspects of human resource practices and processes within an organization. They are responsible for recruitment, performance management, compliance, employee engagement, and training.
HR Managers serve as a link between management and employees, ensuring that policies align with both organizational goals and employment laws. They lead the recruitment process, from posting job ads to interviewing and onboarding new staff. They are also responsible for evaluating employee performance, managing payroll and benefits, handling disputes, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
In addition to administrative duties, HR Managers play a strategic role in workforce planning, succession management, and organizational development. They are expected to stay up-to-date with labour laws, equality standards, and industry trends to ensure best practices.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies.
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts.
- Monitor staff performance and manage appraisals.
- Ensure legal compliance in all HR practices.
- Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Strong understanding of employment law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership and conflict resolution abilities.
- CIPD qualification is advantageous.
