Job Brief
As a Kitchen Helper, you will wash dishes, prepare ingredients, clean kitchen equipment, and assist with food storage and waste management. You must work efficiently under pressure and support the kitchen team to ensure smooth food preparation and service.
Shifts can include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. This job is fast-paced, requiring good stamina, attention to hygiene, and the ability to multitask in busy environments.
Responsibilities
- Washing dishes and utensils
- Cleaning food prep stations and kitchen equipment
- Assisting in basic food preparation (peeling, chopping, etc.)
- Unpacking and storing food supplies
- Following health and safety guidelines
- Disposing of waste and recycling materials
Detailed Tasks
- No formal education required
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene standards
- Ability to follow instructions and work as a team
- Physical stamina and ability to work on your feet
- Willingness to work flexible shifts

Wages
- Average hourly wage: $15 to $17 CAD
- Meals may be included during shifts
- Potential to grow into cook or prep roles with experience
Requirement
- Two years’ Work Permit and apply for Immigrationunder the Agri Pilot Program OR PNP after 1 year of Canadian experience.
- Education - Minimum High School
- Experience - 1+ years
- IELTS - Overall 4.0
Salary
$15 to $17 CAD / hourly
