Job Description
As an Occupational Therapist, you will assess patients’ abilities, develop personalized therapy plans, and work on improving their mobility, independence, and quality of life. This may involve using therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment, and teaching coping strategies.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ needs and abilities through evaluations
- Develop personalized therapy plans and goals
- Provide therapy for daily living skills, work tasks, and mobility
- Teach patients how to use adaptive equipment
- Work with families and caregivers to support patients
Requirements
- Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Licensure or certification as required
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy
- Ability to work with patients of varying ages and conditions

Average hourly wage: $35 to $55 NZD
